The Friends of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries support the Santa Cruz Public Libraries through fundraising, volunteer services, and advocacy.

As the Santa Cruz Public Libraries’ nonprofit partner, the Friends of Santa Cruz Public Libraries help fund accessible, diverse library programs with areas of focus that include early literacy, youth and teen programs, support for capitalcampaigns, and to purchase equipment or additions to the library collections.

Neighborhood Friends Chapters give special support and attention to their local Branches in Aptos, Boulder Creek, Branciforte, Capitola, Felton, Garfield Park, La Selva Beach, and Scotts Valley.
